Rules and guidelines for using the Speak Easy Japanese platform.
1. Account Registration
To access our courses, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Speak Easy platform, including video lectures, practice materials, PDFs, quizzes, and website design, is the exclusive property of Speak Easy. You may not download, distribute, reproduce, or sell any of our course materials.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform respectfully. Any form of harassment towards mentors or other students in live classes, forums, or WhatsApp groups will lead to immediate expulsion from the course. Spamming, hacking, or attempting to bypass payment verification processes is illegal and will be dealt with strictly.
