Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any course. By enrolling in a Speak Easy course, you agree to the following terms.
Strictly No Refunds
All course purchases and enrollments are final. Once a payment is made and access to a course, live class, or practice lab is granted, we do not offer any refunds, transfers, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Digital Nature of Services
Speak Easy provides digital language learning resources, live class access, and instant portal enrollments. Because digital goods and batch seats are instantly consumed and limited, we cannot reverse the process or allocate your seat to someone else once the batch starts.
Seat Booking & Transfers
When you enroll, a specific seat is reserved for you in our live batches. Therefore, payments made for seat bookings, partial payments, or full course fees are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or upcoming batches.
Facing Technical Issues?
While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you get the education you paid for. If you face any issues logging in, accessing course materials, or joining live classes, our support team is always here to fix it for you.
